We are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Sales Representative to be a part of our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients remotely, understanding their IT needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify potential clients.
• Reaching out to prospects via email, phone, or video calls.
• Presenting and demonstrating our IT solutions to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
• Providing feedback from clients to enhance our services.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT and technology-related services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Experience working with CRM software.
• Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or relevant field.
